Slowing down the ageing process, anti-ageing examples, genetics and more

The idea of an earthly “fountain of youth”, apparently having been around for centuries (according to the article, “Fountain of Youth” by Willie Drye from, hints at an enduring human desire to remain youthful in appearance at a chronologically advanced (old) age.

Many may resort to Botox and plastic surgery in pursuit of this—surface things; the mere “treating” of symptoms; but obviously there’s more going on with the ageing process than lines, wrinkles and loose skin; and it doesn’t just involve the skin (one of the organs of the body).

Hard-working vs. lazy

I’ll admit it… I used to be lazy. Been there.

Addiction and procrastination were also problems at around the same time, and you may find that most people with a laziness problem also have the other two tagging along.

Notice I said, “used to be”? And on the other side of lazy would be…

Hard-working—been there also (after the other one).
